We make every effort to ship your order within 5 - 15 business days. If your order is delayed for some reason, we will contact you by phone or email with a status. This is especially pertinent to remember when ordering custom spell/conjure products are these are made BY HAND!
Please check your order date before contacting us about the status of your order. When we have to reply to your message about a product you ordered yesterday, it slows down our progress getting to your order.
We exclusively use the USPS (Post Office) to ship our orders. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Your order will be delayed if we have to call you to secure additional payment to ship your order. We DO NOT ship internationally!
When ordering herbs, and other occult items, please check with your local laws and restrictions to find out if these items can be shipped to you BEFORE placing an order.
All orders receive tracking numbers. If you wish to insure your package, please choose Priority Mail as your shipping option. If we fulfill your order, and delivery is completed/attempted by the Postal Service, YOU must file an insurance claim with them if your package is not delivered.
Healing Whispers is not responsible for updating your address if you move after placing your order. If an item is returned to us, it is up to the customer to pay additional shipping costs and update shipping information in order to receive merchandise.
We pack each product with care. Please contact us with photographic evidence if you receive a damaged product. Thank you so much for shopping with us. We have these policies to product ourselves as well as our customers.
