The candle will be MADE TO ORDER! You MUST follow instructions in order to ensure efficient and accurate processing of your order! Your failure to adhere to instructions will NOT consititute an error on our part, and WILL delay your custom candle!
Each candle will arrive to you *fixed* with herbs, roots, and essential oils, and blessed and prayed over by me. Because this is custom spellwork, I reserve the right to refuse ANY request as I see fit. IF your request is declined, you will receive a full refund. You will NOT receive a refund if you choose to change your mind or rescind your request.
Price includes ONE fixed candle, with instructions. Depending on the request, additional herbs and/or curios MAY come with the candle. You MUST adhere to instructions! Failure to do so can limit the spell's effectiveness, even when prefixed and prayed over already. So READ and abide by instructions sent with your product!
Each candle burns between 10-15 hours. Times will vary as herbs and roots may cause a faster burn.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom spellwork unless the candle itself ARRIVED defective. If you received a defective candle, please contact us at healingwhispers33@gmail.com with details and photographic evidence of the defect.
You may then send the item you consider defective to: Healing Whispers 251 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING OF THIS PACKAGE!
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
We make every effort to ship your order within 5 - 15 business days. If your order is delayed for some reason, we will contact you by phone or email with a status. This is especially pertinent to remember when ordering custom spell/conjure products are these are made BY HAND!
Please check your order date before contacting us about the status of your order. When we have to reply to your message about a product you ordered yesterday, it slows down our progress getting to your order.
We exclusively use the USPS (Post Office) to ship our orders. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Your order will be delayed if we have to call you to secure additional payment to ship your order. We DO NOT ship internationally!
When ordering herbs, and other occult items, please check with your local laws and restrictions to find out if these items can be shipped to you BEFORE placing an order.
All orders receive tracking numbers. If you wish to insure your package, please choose Priority Mail as your shipping option. If we fulfill your order, and delivery is completed/attempted by the Postal Service, YOU must file an insurance claim with them if your package is not delivered.
Healing Whispers is not responsible for updating your address if you move after placing your order. If an item is returned to us, it is up to the customer to pay additional shipping costs and update shipping information in order to receive merchandise.
We pack each product with care. Please contact us with photographic evidence if you receive a damaged product. Thank you so much for shopping with us. We have these policies to product ourselves as well as our customers.
